Our spine is designed to move. To bend, twist, extend, and support us through everyday life.

When we stop moving well, we start to feel it everywhere: stiffness, tension, poor posture, aches, low energy, and even reduced confidence in our bodies.

That’s why Pilates places so much focus on spinal mobility, strength, and control. Through mindful movement, we create space in the body, improve posture, build deep core support, and help the body move the way it was designed to.

A flexible spine isn’t just about touching your toes, it’s about feeling strong, mobile, capable, and youthful in the way you move every single day 🤍

At Pilates Club Perth, we run casual pop-up Pilates classes designed to fit into the fitness routine you already have, without the commitment or cost of another full membership.

Our classes are:

During the warmer, dry months we enjoy outdoor classes, and when the weather cools down, we move indoors to stay cosy and comfortable year-round.

Whether you already train at a gym, walk, run, strength train, or are simply looking to move your body more, our pop-up classes are a great way to add Pilates into your routine in a flexible and approachable way.

Most importantly, we’re building a beautiful community of supportive people who just want to move, connect and feel good.

It’s a full nervous system reset. In a world that keeps us constantly switched on, Pilates invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.
