I had a call a couple of months ago with a potential client…

They said they couldn’t commit because they didn’t think they’d be able to stick to it.

I want to address that because I know a lot of people think the same thing.

Because that one sentence tells me two things immediately.

Firstly, your mindset before you’ve even started is already preparing for failure. That’s the real problem and that’s what’s keeping you stuck up until this point. The belief that you won’t follow through.

Secondly, that is the entire point of having a coach. To build everything around your schedule so it’s as easy as possible to show up. To take the decisions off your plate so you’re not trying to figure it out on top of everything else you already carry. And then, to hold you accountable.

You keep falling off track because you’re trying to manage all of that yourself, with everything else already on your plate. And you can’t keep yourself accountable.

This is exactly why you don’t have the results you want.

That’s a structure issue.

A coach doesn’t just give you a plan.

A coach removes the reason you keep stopping.

Insta Tuesday

Your habits compound and that works both ways…

You know what it’s like when you take a gap from something.

The first one back is always a struggle.

The motivation isn’t there and the energy is lower than usual.

Everything feels harder than it should.

The longer you don’t do something the harder it becomes to feel like doing it.

The wider the gap becomes the more overwhelming it feels to start.

But the opposite is equally true.

The more you do something the easier it becomes to show up and do it without thinking.

It stops being a decision, it becomes who you are.

The hardest part isn’t the training, it’s not stopping long enough for the struggle to come back.

Never stop.

The longer you wait the more it costs you.

The most common thing I hear from people that finally decide to work on their health…

“I wish I’d done this sooner.”

They realise they could’ve done it, but never acted on it because they kept telling themselves there was going to be a better time.

And you’re exactly the same.

Your problem is you’ve became good at pushing through the constant fatigue and feeling like s**t all the time…

Because you’ve normalised that feeling into thinking it’s just a symptom of being busy.

It’s not.

And the longer you continue to put it off, the more likely your body is eventually going to force you into making the decision for you.

But by that point it’s too late.

Because there will be no warning. Just the consequences.

The best time to take your health seriously was years ago, but the second best time is right now.

Before it becomes a decision that’s made for you.

How to get results in 60 seconds.

So many of you want results but you overcomplicate things and don’t focus on the right areas.

You don’t want to hear it but doing the basics consistently will win every single time.

- Follow a structured resistance training programme.
- Track your nutrition and focus on whole foods.
- Increase your daily movement.
- Manage your stress.
- Manage your sleep.
- Stay consistent and show up when you don’t want to.

It’s simple on paper, not so much in application.

Stop looking for alternative shiny things when you can’t even stick to the basics week in, week out.

If you struggle with holding yourself accountable or fitting it around your busy schedule…

DM me ‘RESULTS’ and I’ll show you exactly how you can structure it to increase your adherence.

A big mistake I made in the gym…

Was thinking whoever spent the longest in there would automatically get the best results.

I was wrong.

It’s not about the amount of time spent.

But the quality of the work you’re doing when you’re in there.

I would spend 2-3 hours in there every single session.

I was young and naive.

Because realistically who has that amount of time spare every day?

Not me anymore.

And most likely, not you either.

Now, I’m in and out within an hour.

Go in, do what needs to be done, and get out.

If your structure is set up properly, you can get results and not spend hours upon hours in there training.

Once I started focusing on purpose driven goals with intentional action, my results levelled up.

If you want me to show you this structure so you can balance it around your hectic schedule.

DM me ‘SCHEDULE’ and I’ll show you the exact framework I use now to be able to do this with minimal time.

I went to a concert recently…

And couldn’t help but feel sonder.

Looking around m, you realise that everyone is living their own life as complex as yours.

Their own struggles, problems and responsibilities.

But that made me realise…

That’s your downfall.

You convince yourself your situation is different.

That you’re busier and more stressed than everyone else.

So you justify that as the reason you can’t get in shape whilst everyone else can.

You’re not.

Everyone is just trying to balance everything.

Training.
Nutrition.
Sleep.
Water intake.
Friends.
Family.
Work.

It should be freeing for you to know some people have it figured out.

Because it shows it’s possible and can be done.

Not because they all have it easier, because they stopped using their circumstances as a reason to stay the same.

There are people in worse situations than you, still making it work.

So it’s not your situation holding you back, it’s the story you tell yourself.

Change that and everything else will change with it.

If you’re busy, it’s important that you focus on the right areas that drive results..

You need to be more efficient with what you’re doing.

The last thing you want is to spend the limited time you’ve got on the wrong areas that won’t drive results or move the needle forward.

It’s the same in your business or high demanding job…

You look for the most efficient systems to keep everything moving in the right direction in the least amount of time it takes.

So apply the same here.

No more wasting time on things that won’t get you results.

The main pillars you need to prioritise:
- A structured resistance training programme, focusing on training intensity and progressive overload.
- Nutrition tracking, accuracy is key.
- Daily movement, you need to move your body every day.
- Data tracking, track your metrics.
- Sleep and Stress Management, these are the engines behind everything you do.

If all of these areas are set up and consistently executed, you will get results.

It’s simple, but it’s not easy.

If you want me to show you exactly how to set-up each of these pillars around your busy lifestyle…

DM me ‘STRUCTURE’ and I’ll show you how it’s possible for you so you can get results without the overwhelm.

You make hundreds of decisions every single day…

Whether that’s in business, work, meetings or in emails…

Every day is mentally demanding and that’s before you even think about your health or fitness.

So on top of all that, if you have to decide on what to eat 3/4 times per day, decide what to train, when to train, what exercises to do, what habits you need to do…

Your brain is completely overloaded.

This is decision fatigue.

And it’s draining your energy, focus and performance.

Which in turn is either making you fall off track or not take action at all.

There’s two ways you can go about it…
1. You can get a coach to make all the decisions for you so all you have to do is turn up and do what they say.
2. You can set up your plan so you can go through the motions. (Still show up with intent, but all the decisions are out of the equation).

For example, my full week is planned out in advance.

I know exactly what I’m eating every day and at what time.

I know what I’m training, on what day, at what time, what weights I need to aim for and how many reps to aim for…

MASSIVELY reducing my decisions on a daily basis.

Therefore I can leave all of my decisions to important tasks within my business.

The result?

More consistent.
More energy.
Less excuses.
Less stress.

Because the way I see it is every decision you have to make with your habits is an opportunity for you to fall off track and make the wrong choice.

Eliminate the source, eliminate falling off track.
