💥 Women’s Strength Lab – Testing Week Success! 💥

What a week it’s been in our Women’s Strength Lab!

We’ve had so many ladies jump on board the program recently, and it’s been awesome to see the commitment, consistency, and buy-in to getting stronger. The atmosphere during testing week was incredible, with everyone getting behind each other and pushing themselves to new levels.

This block we tested 3-rep maxes, and I was genuinely blown away by the results. The improvements across the board are a testament to the hard work these ladies have been putting in week after week. Stronger lifts, more confidence, and proof that showing up consistently pays off.

A huge congratulations to all the women who stepped up and gave it their best. You should be proud of what you’ve achieved so far.

Now it's time to celebrate these wins, recover, and get ready for the next challenge... 👀

💥 More BIG WINS from our Stayin Alive 55+ Pilates crew! 💥

A few weeks ago, we celebrated the fact that every single lady in the group was able to get down onto the floor for mat Pilates and back up again. Since then, the wins just keep coming!

Over the last couple of weeks we've seen improvements in strength, balance, mobility and confidence. Things that may seem small to some people are actually huge milestones for many of these ladies, and it's incredible to watch.

What makes it even better is seeing the friendships, encouragement and support that have developed within the group. Everyone celebrates each other's successes, and that's what makes this class so special.

A massive credit goes to Lara and, of course, the ladies themselves. They show up every week, put in the effort, and continue proving that age is never a reason to stop moving, improving and challenging yourself.

We’ve been seeing some incredible results in our Women’s Strength Lab, and now it’s time to get more of the blokes involved.

Over the years, I’ve found that getting men started in the gym is often the hardest part. Life gets busy, work is demanding, energy feels low, and it’s easy to tell yourself you’ll get around to it one day.

But here’s what I see time and time again: once men start training consistently, they absolutely love it.

They move better.
They feel better.
They have more energy.
They get stronger.
They build confidence.
They improve their overall health.
And they simply feel more capable in everyday life.

I get it! After a long day at work, the couch can look pretty appealing. But the reality is that regular strength training often gives you more energy, not less.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking, “I can’t do what I used to do.” Strength isn’t about turning back the clock. It’s about becoming stronger, healthier and more capable than you are right now.

And don’t wait for the next injury, sore back, health scare or setback before deciding it’s time to start looking after yourself.

You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need gym experience.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

That’s our job.

Strength Labs has been absolutely killing it this week 💪🔥

The progress across the board has been unreal! Some of the crew are already hitting lifts at or around their old 1RM before we’ve even started testing 👀

Next week we test 3 rep maxes, and it’s shaping up to be a huge one. Can’t wait to see everyone cash in the work they’ve been putting in these past blocks.

Meet Bianca! One of our coaches here at Ultimate Strength 💪

Bianca has now been working in the industry for around a year and from very early on it was obvious how passionate she was about helping people through fitness.

Even before stepping into coaching, she had already spent years involved in the gym environment and competing in powerlifting since just 14 years old.

At only 19, Bianca carries herself with maturity well beyond her years. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and brings a level of energy, positivity and support that makes people feel comfortable from day one.

One thing Bianca is especially passionate about is helping women who might feel nervous or intimidated getting started in the gym. She does an amazing job creating a welcoming environment and helping people build confidence while working towards their goals.

TEENS STRENGTH LAB 💪

Our Teens Strength Lab runs Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 4:00pm

This program is open to all teens aged 12–17, whether they are already involved in sport or simply want to become more active, confident, and comfortable in the gym environment.

Each session follows a structured and carefully designed strength program, with weekly progress tracking so every teen can improve at their own pace.

We focus on safe movement, correct lifting technique, and gradual strength development in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to help teens build confidence in the gym and develop healthy training habits that last.
