I’m Mark Le Roux, the owner and trainer at Mark's Fit Club. We're all about fitness and the awesome perks it brings, whether you're aiming to lose weight, bulk up those muscles, or simply move better. My mission? I've got the qualifications to back it up too—I've snagged myself a Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness training. Most of these sessions take place in my well-equipped garage gym located in Duncraig. But hold onto your kettlebells, because we also mix things up with sessions at nearby parks and beaches. We like to keep it fresh and exciting, just like your favourite playlist.
