Weekly classes held at the East Fremantle Lawn Tennis Club Tuesdays and Fridays 9.30am. Private classes, physioga, small group all by appointment. All welcome.
Classes include standing and strength poses, balance, mobility/flexibility, and simple breath work. Please message Linda directly with all of your enquires. $17/class or $150/10 classes. Cash or card. bookings not required. 🩷

Hello!! As we head into the festive season there will be some changes to our regular classes to accommodate school concerts, public holidays, and everyone taking some well-deserved time off!
