πŸ“£ HEAD COACH MID-SEASON UPDATE πŸ“£

Hello High Wycombe Family,

As we approach the bye this weekend, I thought I’d give our members and community a brief update on how the 2026 season is shaping up so far.

Registrations across the club this year have been outstanding, with 83 senior players registered, including:
πŸ”΄ 33 Colts
πŸ”΅ 29 Integrated players

Massive numbers for the club and a fantastic sign for the future of the Bulldogs.

A massive thank you also goes out to our registrar Margaret, who continues to do an incredible amount of work behind the scenes. Not only does she handle registrations, but she also manages both our League and Reserves sides as Team Manager as well. Your hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated by everyone around the club.

πŸ† LEAGUE
Our League side currently sits undefeated on top of the ladder and has been playing a fantastic brand of football all season. It’s been exciting to see our new recruits settle in so well and build strong chemistry within the group. It’s also been rewarding seeing players performing strongly in the Reserves earn opportunities at League level.

πŸ’ͺ RESERVES
The Reserves are currently sitting 3rd on the ladder, with plenty of new faces continuing to develop throughout the season. Hollers and Doyle are excited about the direction this group is heading and are looking forward to seeing them continue building after the bye.

πŸ”₯ COLTS
Our Colts side currently sits 4th on the ladder and continues to impress with strong numbers and exciting football. Their training standards and commitment throughout the season have been exceptional.

β€οΈπŸ’™ INTEGRATED
Our Integrated side is currently sitting 2nd and is really beginning to hit their stride. Rowdy has this group up and about once again, and they’re shaping as a genuine finals contender this season.

A huge thank you from the entire playing group also goes to our committee and executive team. As everyone would know, it’s been a challenging period with our ground situation and temporary clubrooms, but the effort being put in behind the scenes has been nothing short of phenomenal.

To all our members, volunteers and supporters thank you for your patience, support and willingness to lend a hand whenever needed. Your ongoing support means a lot to everyone involved at the Bulldogs.

🏠 After the bye, we’ll be back training at Scott Reserve and home games will return, and we can’t wait to see the club buzzing again with plenty of support around the grounds.

Exciting times lie ahead in 2026 at the Bulldogs, and if all four sides continue on their current path, there’s no reason we can’t all push deep into finals.

Thank you, TAZ (Head Coach)β€οΈπŸ’™πŸΆ

Neale Daniher has sadly passed away aged 65 after a courageous battle with MND.

Neale’s legacy extends far beyond the football field. His leadership and tireless advocacy inspired millions and transformed the fight against 'The Beast'. Our condolences are with the Daniher family ❀️

Bree played her first game for the Dogs and had a lot of involvement on field, congrats Bree.
Appreciation goes to our club president, Rob Rowlands for stepping in and helping us out today, first on our player board then as on field coach helping David and Brett out. Thanks also to one of players support worker for also stepping up and doing our running and water for us. It takes a village and your support did not go un-noticed.
