Throughout this process, we set a high standard with resistance training, prioritising ex*****on, intensity, and progression while strategically manipulating nutrition intake to support performance and fat loss.

The result?
Less body fat, more muscle, and a completely different physique without chasing the scale.

Fat loss isn’t about how hard you can push.
It’s about how well you can control variables.

Most people slash calories, cut foods, remove salt, and hope the scale drops.
But all that does is create noise. water fluctuations, poor recovery, inconsistent output.

When you start tracking properly - calories, macros, sodium, steps, you remove the guesswork.
Now you can actually see what’s working.

That’s when fat loss becomes predictable.

Angelo and I have been working together since July 2023, and his story is one of true resilience and commitment.

After running through multiple building phases and completing a 25-week prep last year, illness forced him to step away before show day. Instead of letting that setback define him, Angelo came back stronger, pushing through a rebound phase and attacking another 25-week prep with precision and focus.

This year, he made his debut on stage, competing across multiple divisions at the ICN before going back-to-back into YNF, bringing his best physique yet.

This offseason is all about growth. Imagine this crazy peeled condition just with more muscle.
