Phil, thank you for your loyalty and consistency, even while juggling all the things life throws your way. It hasn’t always been easy, but you’ve never stopped showing up.

Huge shout-out to Liz who recently hit her 750th session! 👏🏽

Now, don’t let Liz’s quiet nature fool you. Behind that calm exterior is someone who listens, takes notice, works hard, pushes herself and is quietly competitive - particularly when hubby Brad is involved! 😂

Although she came to us with plenty of F45 experience, Liz has grown so much since she started training with us. She really impressed us all when she took on her first HYROX last year, and this year she’s stepping it up and taking it on Solo! And if you’ve seen Liz run, you’ll know this gun is going to be one to watch. 🏃‍♀️🔥

We can’t wait to cheer you on, Liz! Congratulations again on your milestone, and all those to come! ❤️💙

Vince is one of our veteran members who has found 1500 reasons to make it into the studio. Although we’re pretty sure his wife Karina deserves the credit for at least half of those, we’re very proud of him all the same! 😂

Vince is proof that success is built one session at a time. It won’t always be your best workout, but it’s about showing up, getting it done and staying consistent. And that consistency over the years has certainly served Vince well. Even better, it’s been wonderful to see the way his commitment to his own fitness has inspired his family along the way.

Thank you for being such a legend, Vince! We’re lucky to have you as part of our community. 💙❤️
