I approached Rhys 6 months ago with a list of goals in mindβ¦ since then we have got on top of my shoulder issue that has affected my training for over a year previously. Since fixing all my structural issues, training is more enjoyable and seeing a lot more progression towards my goals while keeping me accountable with my training and nutrition.
