🌍 Introducing BLCK Pickleball’s first International Ambassador – Jacob Morris! 🇬🇧

Jacob first discovered pickleball while on student exchange at ECU, where he quickly developed a passion for the sport.

Since picking up a paddle, Jacob has already made his mark, recently claiming 🥈 Silver at the ECU Western Invitational.

Before returning home to the UK, Jacob took his BLCK Redback to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro 🏔️, standing at Uhuru Peak (5,895m) - the highest point in Africa. It also makes this possibly the first BLCK paddle, and one of the first pickleball paddles, to reach the Roof of Africa.

Now back in the United Kingdom, Jacob will continue playing while completing his studies at the University of Portsmouth, with plans to introduce pickleball at his university and help grow the sport across the UK.

We’re incredibly proud to welcome Jacob as BLCK Pickleball’s first International Ambassador and can’t wait to see what he achieves both on and off the court.

Welcome to Team BLCK Koober | Yakob ! 🖤🏓🌍

🥈 Silver Medal Success! 🥈

A huge congratulations to our newest sponsored player, Azzy Sieber, and his team on claiming silver at Pickleball Australia’s Minor League event at Perth Pickleball Centre yesterday! 👏

Azzy competed with BLCK’s Blue Panther and helped lead the team to an outstanding result against some tough competition.

A special shoutout as well to his teammates Karla, Peter and Vanessa - all proud North Shore members. Vanessa is also a BLCK ambassador, while Peter has been a great supporter of BLCK and generously designed the North Shore signage that has become a familiar part of our club.

We’re proud to see members of the BLCK family achieving great results both on and off the court. 💙🐾

🔥 Introducing BLCK’s newest sponsored player, Azzy Sieber! 🔥

Azzy first picked up a paddle at North Shore Community Hub in early 2024 with no prior racquet sports experience. Since then, he has become a familiar face within the Western Australian pickleball community, collecting medals at tournaments across the state and making a lasting impact both on and off the court.

Whether he’s competing with his BLCK Redback paddle in hand or helping organise events at North Shore, Azzy consistently represents everything we value at BLCK—dedication, sportsmanship, and a genuine commitment to growing the game.

A true club legend and community leader, we’re proud to welcome Azzy as BLCK’s first sponsored adult male player.

Congratulations, Azzy — we’re excited to be part of your journey and can’t wait to see what’s next. 🕷️❤️
