Huge congratulations to these PSS super humans who completed the swim from Palm Beach to Shelly Beach in Sydney.

Jake, Scotty and Jodie swam on Friday and Rene, Pete and Allison on Saturday, coming across the line first!

Jake, Scott, Peter, Jodie and Rene have now completed the Australian Triple Crown! Congratulations guys on a big summer of training! Big thankyou and recognition to the support crews and skippers- Nancy, CB, Barrie and Matt Pride for going over to make it happen for these guys!

Friday morning stretch and swim- the PSS Sculptures but the Sea!

Rob Franco has done it!!! Derwent smashed this morning in 8hrs 10 with his brother Mike and good mates Dan and Mike Perna on board supporting him…and of course the one and only Val at the helm.

He started the season with a brutal 2 hour swim in this river when it was 12degrees…. And has come back and absolutely nailed it. You have had a big year of training Rob a solo, then 25km then Palm to Shelly and now you have completed the triple crown of Australian Open Water Swimming!

Congratulations!!!!!!! Go celebrate! You’ve earnt it!

Positive Swim Squad representing at today and yesterday! Looked like an amazing day out with lots of smiles and great personal achievements! Some of you celebrated at the pub , others at the new Sauna to Sea Down there!

Well done to you all who have set this goal, trained for it, made some new friends and had a great swim in such a beautiful part of the world!!!
