We’re so excited to welcome Coach Liz to the SETS team!🤩
A wife, mum to a teenage son, dog lover, and passionate coach, Liz knows firsthand how life-changing fitness can be.
When she first moved to Perth over 20 years ago, she watched people running along Marine Parade and thought, “I want to be able to do that.” Her first attempt didn’t even make it 500 metres, but instead of giving up, she signed up for a triathlon — and was hooked.
Since then, Liz has completed multiple triathlons and half marathons, but it’s been strength training over the last few years that has had the biggest impact on her life. Through perimenopause, it gave her confidence, resilience, energy, and inspired her to become a coach.
Liz brings incredible energy to every session and loves helping people feel stronger, more capable, and confident in themselves. Nothing makes her happier than seeing members achieve things they never thought possible.
