An exercise Physiologist is a University Qualified rehabilitation specialist. We form part of the Allied Health group, including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Occupational Therapists to name a few. Not only are we specialist in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions, but we are also able to work with a wide range of populations and with many conditions and comorbidities. We are also great at helping people find some guidance in their exercise journey, as well as helping if exercise is new to you, and even if you’re a veteran in the game.
