Low Carb Breakfast

Half a banana
Half a cup of strawbs
160g of strawberry yopro 💪

Fruit is still classified as a carbohydrate due to the amount of fructose it contains BUT the sugar in fruit is classified as a non-complex carbohydrate as it easier to breakdown in the body making it perfect meal before a high intensity workout ( cardio) it provides you with that quick energy source in training 💪🥰

What is isometric exercise and what are some benefits? ⁣

⁣Isometric exercise is the technique engaging your muscles without movement.⁣

⁣Low impact - if you suffer from injury you can still achieve strength through putting those muscles under tension for a given period of time. the muscles around an injured joint are fired up through isometric holds to strengthen the weaker points⁣

⁣Strength gain & maintenance- why do isometric positions achieve strength? Because you are putting your muscles under tension for a greater period of time and essentially working on those weaker points of a specific movement.
