One of the true OGs of the baller family‼️

BEC ALLEN I will always be incredibly grateful to you. You put your trust in me, believed in my work, and let me help you prepare for the highest levels of the game long before I built my name up to what it is today. Through all the intense grinds, and the right amount of water breaks to go along with it, we had a blast.

The world knows you as a superstar who left a mark the game globally. Your legacy is elite. But to those lucky enough to know you off the court, you’re just a REAL one. Someone who radiates pure energy, has everyone’s best interests and zero hidden agendas. That’s rare & I’m glad so glad our paths crossed.

Proud of you is an understatement. I’m so glad you took that last dance this past season. 🧚‍♀️🔥

You can’t cheat the grind, and you damn sure can’t stop the vision 🏁 A minor delay only makes the return that much louder. Following a setback after being one of the top draft picks in the 2025 WNBA draft, Georgia Amoore made some noise this past season upon her return.

She’s already one of the most elite guards walking but the ceiling is completely non-existent. I’m excited to continue our work together as I truly know the levels she can take her game to with the right attention to detail consistently. She will leave a massive mark on the game when it’s all said and done. The marathon continues 🔒

This past week when I was in Canberra to run my junior training camps, I had the privilege to help the UC Capitals in their final preparations for the WNBL season. It was great to catch up with the girls I already work with and work with the rest of the squad too. I’m grateful to have head coach Paul Goriss for trusting the work I do and inviting me to prepare his squad for their season opener 🔒

Good luck for the season Caps! Looking forward to continuing to build onto this next off-season 📈
