We’re a cozy café nestled in the hills, and we’re looking for a passionate and proactive junior to join our team! If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, have a hands-on attitude, and enjoy working in a close-knit environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What we’re looking for:

A proactive mindset – someone who can take initiative without waiting for instructions.

You'll need to be friendly and approachable with a genuine love for customer service.

Have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a small team.

Have a strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.

Flexibility to jump into various tasks, whether it's serving customers on the till, assisting in the kitchen, running food and drinks, maintaining the café’s cleanliness, by clearing tables and helping with the dishes.

Key responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and creating a warm environment for our customers.

Assisting with food preparation, running food and drinks to tables, clearing tables, helping with the dishes, and maintaining café cleanliness.

Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Be willing to learn how to make an amazing coffee.

Collaborating with your team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

No prior experience necessary, but a passion for great coffee, good food, and a love of the hills, mountain biking and/or hiking is desirable!

You must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
