There's a gap between the woman you are today and the woman you're becoming.

Vision boards can highlight the gap.
They show you the dream...
🏃‍♀️the finish line
✅ the outcome
💭 the distant version of you.

A Becoming Board closes that gap.

A Becoming Board focuses on your identity, not just outcomes.
A Becoming Board focuses on the habits, energy, and ways of showing up that make change feel real and reachable in your actual life.

The woman who laces up her shoes and runs 3x a week. Not the marathon finish line.

That's the difference between dreaming and becoming.

And that's what we're building together on May 2nd.

Becoming Board Workshop
🗓️ Saturday 2nd May
⏰ 9am - 12pm
📍 Wellard

What on earth is a blue zone? 🌏

There are five hot spots around the world , with the highest concentration of people living past 100 - with their energy, health and vitality intact.

Dan Buettner spent decades studying these communities for National Geographic. The patterns he found aren't accidents - they're principles we can apply, wherever we live by making conscious lifestyle choices.

So you don't need to move to Sardinia to live with energy, health and vitality.
You can create your own personal Blue Zone right where you are.

Share this with someone who needs to see that longevity isn't about luck - it's about design 💎

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!

Earlier this year I created my Becoming Board to set my intention for who I'm becoming over the next 12 months.

I haven't achieved all my goals yet, but this is about long term behaviour change, not just a one and done. If you're ready to upgrade to your 2.0 over the next 12 months, I'm hosting another round of my Becoming Board Workshop soon.

🗓️ Saturday 2nd May
⏰ 9am - 12pm
📍Wellard

Most health advice puts a band-aid on one isolated habit - what to eat, how to exercise, or which supplement is the best for you (this week).

But to truly live a long life filled with health, energy and vitality, isolated habits won’t cut it. You need to build interconnected foundations that support each other across decades.

When your purpose is clear, your body feels strong, your metabolism runs efficiently, your nervous system stays regulated, and your connections nourish you - all this, together, creates a powerful ecosystem that makes vitality your default state.

This is not about perfecting individual habits - we ain’t got time for that kind of obsession.
Blue Zone living is where energy, health, and longevity become the natural outcome of how your life is structured. Where taking care of yourself doesn’t require willpower because your systems are designed to support the woman you’re becoming.

These five foundations work together to create sustainable vitality for the decades ahead.

Which one are you focussing on first? 🧭

I landed in Kathmandu ready for the adventure of a lifetime, opened my phone to find: ‘You’re too much for me.’

Had a little cry, laced up my boots, set off anyway. Not doing it was not an option.

What followed was 12 days offline doing some unintentional but invaluable self-discovery.

Here’s what I didn’t realise at the time: that breakup text was actually perfect timing. It meant I spent those days reflecting on who I actually am, not running imaginary scenarios about who I might become with him in the picture.

This is why reflection comes before future self thinking.

You can’t intentionally become someone new if you don’t know who you are right now.

When you’re clear on your core identity - the parts that don’t change with circumstances - you can design who you want to become with precision.

Most women skip this step. They jump straight into visualising far off distant dreams, without understanding their foundation.

Not the women who join my Becoming Board Workshops. We bridge the gap between current identity and future self using frameworks that create lasting transformation.

Stop trying to fit into productivity systems designed by the “bros” - who’ve got no kids, no household responsibilities and no taste for a slow delicious coffee in the morning sun (hello vitamin D ☀️).

Making coffee for yourself before anyone else gets up?
That’s your meditation 🧘‍♀️
Ten minutes to yourself in the silence of dawn.
That’s your miracle morning. 💫

You need systems to fit your real life not some productivity bros fantasy.

Your energy is too valuable to waste on doom-scrolling.
What would change if you had internal stability that didn’t depend on external circumstances? 💎

I’ve been thinking a lot about this since that co-working day 🧠

We talk about overwhelm like it’s a personal failing, when so often it’s just a working memory issue. Too many open loops, too many things competing for attention, too much floating around in our heads at once.

Watching my friend move everything out of her brain and into a system reminded me how powerful external memory actually is. Not as a productivity trick, but as cognitive relief. Once the brain trusts nothing important is being lost, it can finally focus on what’s in front of it.

Writing things down doesn’t make you less capable. It gives your attention somewhere to land 🎯

If this resonated, you’re probably carrying more than you need to 🧭
