Whilst there are specific timeframes for your recovery based on the diagnosis of your pain/injury, it's important to acknowledge other factors that may influence how long it takes for you to get back on track. Life is never linear, and neither is your recovery at times.

We provide you with a detailed plan, but also encourage you to focus on each session and progress in the present moment. With detailed evaluations during/after each session, we ensure we discuss your progress openly, including both the facilitators, and barriers (if any), to TAKE ACTION NOW, on what next best step is together.

Having a pain or injury can influence your mental and emotional health and may not always go as planned. Remember: PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. Every one of you is unique, with story and life of your own. Whilst there are clear guidelines, it doesn't always look the same. Embrace the ups and downs along the way, and everything in between.

At Prana Physio and Wellness, we treat you holistically.

This means that we look at all aspects of your life that influence your pain - the causes, the contributing factors, and the treatments.

Through soft/deep tissue massage, Physiotherapy specific hands on techniques, yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness practices, we provide everything you need to receive support in house, as well additional tools to manage your symptoms outside if the clinic.
