🥋 Learn to fight. Learn to respect.

At Constrictor Team, kids learn real Jiu-Jitsu skills: defend themselves, stay calm under pressure and never give up.

Before we learn how to fight, we learn how to respect each other.

Discipline. Confidence. Humility. Resilience.
These are the skills that go far beyond the mats.

Strong body. Strong mind. Good heart. 🐍

It was fantastic having the Piara Waters Junior Football Club Year 10 Sea team with us today! 🙌

We loved seeing the boys on the mats, bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and smiles while giving each other some hugs.

It’s always great to have young athletes in the gym, learning new skills, building confidence, and having a bit of fun along the way.

Best of luck for the rest of the season. We'll be cheering you on! 💪

🥇🥇 Double Gold at SGT Submission Grappling
mondo_89 and Jake showed up and showed OUT.

Two subs each. This is what happens when hard work meets mat time. We couldn't be prouder of you guys. The grind is real, and so are the results. 💪🐍
