And the ones that are not struggling generally it is because they have the support and they have many coaches.

The biggest takeaway?
Don’t start with the tool.
Start with the outcome.
What do you want AI to do?
What process needs improving?
What system needs mapping?
What would make your business easier to run?
When you know the answer to that, AI becomes so much more useful.
It is not about chasing every shiny new tool or paying for multiple subscriptions.
It is about knowing what you want to create, then choosing the simplest way to make it happen.
