What is the right pressure to hold a bowling ball? We see a lot of people with the death grip - afraid that if they don't, they will drop the ball. The cleaner and quicker you clear your thumb, the more the revs.

Ask yourself - is my fit correct? is my thumb tight enough? when is my thumb exiting the ball?
