How did you move on Monday?
I took full advantage of eating lots of carbs the day before, so I started with a walking workout, then a sweaty cardio barre and lower body mat burner and a dance class in the evening.

How did you move on Sunday?
I had an active rest day. Did a lot of walking 26k steps all up, including a nice evening walk. Saw lots of kangaroos feeding at dusk 😍

My shoulder is finally healed, so I did a fun Bosu workout and an ab blaster with lighter weights 🔥💪

How did you move today?
My shoulder felt a lot better, but I still didn't want to aggravate it, so I went for a walk in the morning and then filmed a killer quad workout with loop and ankle weights 🔥

How did you move on Thursday?
I was still nursing the sore shoulder, so I decided to film a Chair Express series with 5 workouts that can be mix an matched. It was actually really fun. I did a pilates, mobility, cardio, stretch and core segment. The only equipment used was a Pilates ball for one workout, so it's a good one for beginners and also to do whilst traveling!

How did you move today?
My shoulder was really sore today, so I decided to go easy. I filmed a ball bounce workout, which was fun and went for a bike ride in the early evening, but apart from that just my usual walking pad steps.
I must say, deep heat doesn't get enough credit. It's actually so effective for muscle pain.

How did you move on Tuesday?
I started with a dance cardio warm up, then a micro iso barre arms and a tough total body cardio barre, The sweat was dripping by the end of it for sure 😅

How did you move today?
I decided to do an easier mobility stretch sculpt workout today because i had a sore neck from sleeping funny, plus I wasn't fully recovered from my late night on Saturday 😅
I started with a chair mobility workout using a long band and ball. Then moved to the mat for dynamic stretch sculpt also with band and ball. Lots of new exercises in this one. I filmed it for my members as part of a PMS friendly series coming out soon. ❤
