Baldivis Basketball Club FUNdamentals

This is not run by our club, but is a great introduction to basketball without the commitment. Our registration for teams for summer season games (term 4&1) will be open in about 8weeks.

We are looking for U8 and U10 players for Winter season.

Not long until our last session on Sunday.

An email was sent out to all registered Venom FUNdamental players on Friday from [email protected] about changes to the time for our last session.

Please check your junk file if you haven’t seen it, if you can’t find it, can you please email the above email address so I can forward it on to you.

Good news!
First session of Fundamentals term 1 will commence as planned this Sunday!

Please can you do the following:
* 1 parent per child
* All adults and children over the age of 12yrs to wear a mask within the facility
* Please use the provided hand sanitizer on arrival
* QR code’s must be done
* Remember to stay 1.5m safe distance

Sunday 7th Feb
Beginner 🏀 3:30-4:15
Game ready 🏀 4:30-5:15

The club will provide the players a Club owned shirt to wear for the term which will be returned to the club at the last session.
Preferably shorts with no pockets, running shoes, drink bottle and a size 5 basketball with name clearly printed on.

Please enter through the main entry door, all players please tick their name on entry and anyone over 18 MUST complete the mandatory COVID sign in (QR code and paper copy available)

Please no shooting hoops on the ring closest to the entry point before and after sessions to prevent injuries.
Please move off the courts as soon as possible when your session has finished to allow for our other teams to have access for their time slot.

Most of all, please bring your smiles and enthusiasm! All of the coaches are looking forward to an amazing term!

Session 1: Basic fundamentals program for beginners 5-9yrs old

Session 2: Game ready! For players who want to improve skills and knowledge of the game. This is ideal for players who will be looking at joining a team. Birth years 2012/2013

We still have some unreturned shirts from last term.
The club requires these back ASAP otherwise an invoice will be issued to cover the replacement cost.

You can return these to The Bike Place Baldivis. Please can you place in a bag with your child’s name clearly labeled.

Hey guys, I need a training Coach for an U16 boys team on Sundays 5:30-6:30. Their Coach had to pull out due to unforeseen circumstances. I am happy to run their games if needed and can help out at training but I am in over my head for teaching this age group drills. Any help greatly appreciated.
