Do you have a constant pain in the shoulder or refferal pain running down the posterior part of the arm?
This could simply be overuse due to more time sitting, playing on tablets and mobile phones π¬
Pain refferal patterns are usually our indicators of where to treat, but sometimes it may not be the true source π€

We tend to forget that tight Quadriceps can lead to pain in the lower back and weak hamstrings π€

Breath in for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Breath out for 4 seconds
Rest for 4 seconds
Repeat this process for as many times nessesary until you feel back in the present moment π
