Sky's transformation is simply mind-blowing!

Very little gym experience, Kiri was really starting from basics learning the correct form for a lot of movements during the Challenge testing, but showed some massive improvements throughout all tests especially the lifts πͺπ½

βThis was my first challenge and experience in the gym ever. It is fair to say that this experience has me hooked on my fitness journey.
The programs were super easy to follow and targeted all muscle groups allowing me to increase my strength, decrease body fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. The weekend warrior challenges were challenging but so rewarding to complete.
This challenge provided me with the guidance and support around correct technique and muscle movement, nutrition and fat loss.
It was an amazing and rewarding experience and set me up to go further on my fitness journey. I can't wait to complete another challengeβ

Best part about my job has always been meeting new people and sharing their transformation journeys.

βI decided to try the KP fitness training leading up to my birthday, which I wasn't feeling great about.
The training was well thought out easy to keep track of and I always had support for any questions. The best part for me was having the ability to train and work it around family life & I'd do it again without question .
At the end of the day it's up to you and how hard you work which will in the end, depend on how good the results are, but without the nutritional support and individual support I don't think I would of continued - I'm happy I didβ
