We’re hosting two Assistant Referee courses this week — the perfect opportunity to step into the game from a new perspective and support your club in a meaningful way.
Assistant Referees play a vital role in community rugby. Whether you’re a current player, parent, volunteer or supporter, becoming an AR is a great way to stay involved, build confidence, develop your game knowledge, and contribute to your club on match day.
Our AR courses will give you the skills, understanding and confidence to perform the role effectively — and connect you with the wider refereeing community.

This weekend, at the South West Summer 7s, we're repping an important cause 🧡
From November 25 - December 10, 2025, is 16 Days in WA, an initiative to raise awareness, motivate positive action and highlight organisations, agencies, communities and individuals taking action to end violence against women.
🟠 This weekend, we invite all teams and supporters to don orange, with orange ribbons available at the RugbyWA tent. Posters will be available throughout the venue with links to our domestic & family based violence resources and assistance webpage.

RugbyWA loved welcoming 60 representatives from the U.S. Navy and the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard for a Tri Tag and Rugby Fundamentals session! 🏉💪
The energy was unreal - a fun, hands-on intro to our game and a great way to celebrate our new MoU with Defence West. Moments like these show how rugby can bring people together across cultures, built on teamwork, resilience and inclusion. 🌏🤝
