HI EVERYONE!

Finally getting to do something with my FB page, just thought I would make a quick post for anyone who is interested in beginning training with me but wanting to find out more about me first



My name is Emma, i am 25 from Ireland and have been living in Australia for nearly 8 years

I have 2 young boys ( 4 and 2 yrs ) with my husband Hayden

I have always wanted to work in the fitness industry to try help others feel the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle, not just physically but mentally too!

I started my own business in early 2020 as a mobile trainer, with the hope of making it easier for people who have busy lives and struggle to get the motivation to go to the gym or fit in their daily activity

I have loved my journey as a mobile trainer so far and have met some lifelong friends in clients too and looking forward to meeting many more 💚
