We currently meet each weekday @ 6.15am and weekends @ 7.00 am (Summer: September to April). Winter is later at 6.45 am on weekdays and 7.30 am weekends.
We are a group of ocean swimmers who meet every morning outside the gym at North Cottesloe Surf Club to swim to the white rock and back...

People swam at their own risk... There was no official Podsquad swim today. Conditions were only for super competent and confident swimmers.. and people swam in pairs to ensure they looked out for and after each other..
All swimmers arrived back safely to celebrate with a coffee and a chat at SUP afterwards.. with dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin levels high..
