Might have noticed I haven’t been posting much training recently. And while I have been doing (some) training it definetly hasn’t been what I’ve been used to.
Been a long…. Very long process but Felt good to be throwing some weight around pain free today.
Built up too 80kg power clean + Jerk for 2 and a 70kg Power Sn**ch single.
Back on the bandwagon now.

Day 1 of the 75HARD Challenge is underway… on my birthday no less
For those who don’t know the 75HARD challenge by involves 75 Days Straight of
- Strict Diet 🍗
- 2x 45 minute training sessions (1 outside)
- 4L of water (been living on the toilet

You probably see a bunch of people chucking bands and chains and other weird s**t on their bars and think...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's all based around your length-tension relationship... essentially saying the one thing everyone knows, It sucks to be in the hole.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So Chains and bands allow us to have a lighter weight when we are struggling to get out of the hole (off the chest in bench) and add more weight as our muscles hit the perfect length for strength.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
