Kia Ora to our Teams for 2025

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Firstly, we're excited to let you know that we have hit a first time record of 80+ teams, which is a huge increase of teams for this year's tournament.

Now that our teams are locked in, all correspondence about the tournament will be sent via email to the registered Team Contact/Team Manager of each team.

With this being our 20 year celebration, there has been, and continues to be a lot of behind the scenes mahi going on. So we ask that you do your part, so that we can make it as smooth as possible for each other.

Please familiarize yourself with the tournament guidelines and rules. Team contact/manager would have seen the download link at the time of registering your team/s.

REMINDER: All outstanding team fees are due by the 31st August.

HEADS UP:
- To help make things a little easier, we will be moving our managers meeting to online. We will possibly be having 2 x managers meetings in the lead up to the tournament. Details on link to join meeting will be emailed in the coming weeks.
It's a big year, with alot more teams, so there will be more things to inform you all about, more so for the logistics of the welcoming ceremony/powhiri, parking, team setup areas etc.

- It is compulsory for the Team Contact/Manager to attend the Manager meetings.

- We aim to get the fixtures out approx. 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament.
