Flow to Yin is where movement meets stillness.

We begin with a gentle, feel-good flow to wake up the body, soften through tension, and create a sense of ease in your movement. From there, we transition into longer held yin shapes - allowing you to slow right down, drop inward, and work into the deeper layers of the body.

It’s a practice that doesn’t rush you.
It meets you exactly where you are.

Perfect if you want to move without overdoing it… to feel your body open without force… and to give your nervous system space to settle.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, and completely at ease.

A little bit of everything, in all the right ways.

We also have an extended version of this class on Sundays 4.30pm - 5.45pm.

There is something deeply special about sharing space with people who arrive exactly as they are. No expectations, no performance, just humans coming together to breathe, move, soften and reconnect to themselves.

At Energy Cntr Yoga we have always wanted this space to feel like more than just a yoga studio. It’s a place to land. A place to slow down. A place where you are welcomed whether it’s your very first class or your hundredth.

From strong, dynamic flows to grounding yin, meditation, breath and stillness, our classes are designed to support both the body and the nervous system through every season of life.

We also believe yoga should feel accessible and supportive, which is why we offer unlimited memberships from $38 per week with no lock-in contracts. Simply come as you are, move when you need and be part of a community that genuinely cares.

Deep Stretch is not a yoga class — it’s an active stretch class.

This is a technique-driven session designed to improve how your body moves. We combine dynamic stretching with PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) to safely increase your range of motion, while also building strength and control in those end ranges.

You’re not just passively stretching…
you’re actively working with your body.

Each session is targeted and intentional — supporting joint health, improving mobility, and helping you feel less restricted both on and off the mat. It’s a powerful complement to your yoga practice, or a place to begin if you’re simply wanting to move better.

Expect to focus, to feel, and to work in a different way.

There's something I notice every time I look around a full room.

Different people. Different lives. Different reasons for showing up that day. And yet something shifts when we sit down together, take a breath, and begin.

The room settles. The energy changes. And for a little while, we're all just here — moving, breathing, practicing together.

This is what I built this space for. Not just the yoga, but this. The quiet power of showing up in the same room as other people and choosing to be present.

The Upanishads feel less like texts, and more like a quiet remembering.

They sit at the heart of the Vedic tradition, not as instruction, but as inquiry. A soft, persistent questioning of who we are beneath the noise, the roles, the layers we gather over time. They don’t rush to give answers, they invite you to sit in the space of not knowing, and to listen more deeply.

At their core is a simple, profound idea: that the essence within you (Atman) is not separate from the greater whole (Brahman). That what you are seeking is not somewhere out there, but already here, waiting to be recognised.

The Upanishads don’t ask you to become anything.
They ask you to see.

To peel back what isn’t true.
To sit with yourself long enough that something quieter can emerge.
To realise that the stillness you touch in moments… is not fleeting, it is you.

There’s a softness to their wisdom.
A sense that truth doesn’t need to be forced, only uncovered.

And perhaps that’s why they still resonate, because they meet you wherever you are on the path, and gently remind you:

You are not separate.
You have never been separate.

We’re easing into the week with a slower start 🤍

With Monday being a public holiday, we’ll be running a reduced schedule in the studio. A good opportunity to move without rushing and settle into the week in a way that feels steady.

Classes will return to normal from Tuesday, and we look forward to seeing you on the mat across the week.
