I am a Women's Health Physiotherapist and Director of MummaBorn - A holistic maternal health service, providing care to all mummas from bump, to birth and beyond! Kangatraining is an exercise program that is specifically designed for postantal women. You get to workout, meet other mums and wear and bond with your joey, all at the same time!!! You can commence Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks post

I get it Mumma, it's not always easy to leave the house with Bubba!
Sometimes, motivation to get to class is almost nonexistent.

But that is when I want to be there for you the MOST!

I have decided to run Kangatraining classes as completely online.
You don't have to leave the house to get fit!

You can choose a class time that suits your lifestyle and needs!

Everyday is Mother's Day because everyday we nurture and love our babies, day in and day out, night in and night out.

On this day though, lets not forget the pain of mummas that have lost a bubba, mummas with mummas of their own in heaven, mummas unable to have a bubba, mummas with an adopted bubba and those that can't wait to be mummas 🥰

Happy Mother's Day to all women, who have the desire and power to shower unconditional love on their babies and the world!
