Mullaloo Friday Run Club

Looking for a reason to get active, meet new people and enjoy our beautiful coastline? Come join the Mullaloo Friday Run Club!

This is all about giving every member β€” all ages and fitness levels β€” a reason to get moving and socialise. It’s not a training session, just a fun and relaxed way to start the weekend.

Run or walk, beach or path β€” your choice!

The usual route is around 4km along the beach, heading north to the point before weaving back through the tracks to the club.

β€’ Meet: In front of the club
β€’ Kick off: Tonight at 5pm

And the best part? Afterwards we can all head upstairs to the clubhouse for a cold drink of choice and a catch up!

Everyone is welcome β€” bring your friends, family and fellow members along!

Mullaloo SLSC were on show again at Hillarys Boat Harbour on Saturday in support of the annual Polar Plunge event which raises funds for Special Olympics athletes in WA.

This is now the fifth year that we have supported the event with the loan of our inflatable arch, which sets the scene of the entry and exit point for fundraisers and athletes bracing against the chilly waters.

The event is managed by the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) committee - a group of WA Police officers and staff who organise fundraisers throughout the year which provides financial support to athletes with intellectual disabilities through the WA Special Olympics organisation.

The plunge raised over $20,000 this year. We are delighted to have been able to provide our support.

If you would like to donate towards this fabulous charity, please contact the Law Enforcement Torch Run - Western Australia through Facebook or contact the office.
