Introducing Hub Coach, Emma
Em is by no means new to Hub. She’s been one of the hardest working athletes in this gym for a long time. Transitioning from member to coach has been really special to witness.
She coaches because she genuinely loves helping people live healthier lives and has a deep passion for how the human body moves and develops. That curiosity shows up in every session.
She also works as a remedial massage therapist, so if you’ve got any niggles or tight spots, she is absolutely your person.
You’ll find Emma coaching the Wednesday 9:15am class and leading our Over 55s sessions Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

Most people don’t feel ready before they sign up for their first class. And it’s likely that neither did the people you’ll be training alongside.
But scared and ready aren’t opposites here 😉 They both get you through the door. Come try a class on us.

Our next training block is coming 🏎️
More aerobic capacity, more endurance, and technical barbell work that makes everything click.
June’s training block is going to be a good one 💪

Introducing Hub Coach, Ben 👋
Ben’s journey at Hub is one we’re pretty proud of. Starting as a prac student, then member, to qualified Exercise Physiologist, and now of our newest coaches.
Watching him grow as an athlete and practitioner has been one of the best parts of building the Hub community.
He brings knowledge, curiosity, joy, and genuinely great energy to every session. And we mean EVERY session! We’re so glad you’re part of the team, Ben.

More intensity doesn’t always mean more progress. Sometimes (often 🫠) it just means more fatigue.
We see it all the time. People training hard but not moving forward. And the people making consistent gains understand this.
Swipe through. You’re going to want to save this one 👆

She rides a Ducati (how cool?!) She hikes mountains. She’s been active her whole life. And Helen still spent years telling herself she wasn’t capable enough.
It took her PT and Hub Coach, Ben, and her physio Christina from to finally say: yes, you can 🙌
Get to know Helen, one of our newest members, a Clinical Psychologist, adventure enthusiast and proud mum of two Basset Hounds (Lucy and Millie).
If you’ve been waiting until you’re ready enough, Helen’s journey to get here is for you.
