Southern Lions RFC is a ambitious Rugby Union club based in Success, a suburb to the south of Perth, Western Australia. Training nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays for all teams with game days on Saturdays.

** UPDATE ON RYAN GRANTS PROGRESS! **

Well done and Congratulations Ryan!! What a massive achievement mate, we are so proud of you and it has been a joy to watch your journey.

For those that dont know Ryan, he has been a player in our Southern Lions All Abilities team for quite a number of years. Great lad, great athlete and doing amazing stuff!

**Congratulations, Ryan Grant!**

Ryan is currently taking part in the National Special Olympics, and Southern Lions couldn’t be prouder. An incredible rugby player and talented track athlete, Ryan has made a brilliant start to the competition.

Yesterday, in the Men’s Division 1 heats, Ryan placed first in both the 100m and 200m, his first time competing against men after moving up from the junior division. Today, he raced in the 100m final and once again came first, earning an outstanding result. Well done!

Ryan, your dedication, determination and achievements are an inspiration to us all. We’re cheering you on and wishing you every success for the rest of the competition. Well done, you’ve made the whole Southern Lions family proud!

Join us this Friday for a family-friendly evening of footy, culture and community as we watch Tonga take on Lebanon live on the big screen. Game kicks off at 5pm.

Everyone is welcome to come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and celebrate together with dancing, singing and plenty of team spirit.

They welcome rugby players of all experience levels who are committed, ready to train and proud to represent their culture, nation and community. You’ll be supported by a strong coaching team with a wealth of rugby knowledge and experience - including coaches who have represented Tonga on the international stage and played at Rugby World Cups.

Come along, meet the coaches and be part of something special as we grow Tonga W.A. rugby in Western Australia.

🏆 U14s DOMINATING IN BALI! 🏆

❤️💙🤍 UNDEFEATED. RECORD-BREAKING. UNFORGETTABLE. 🤍💙❤️

On 8 October, at The Village Fields in Bali, some of our U14 players took to the field alongside 15 other teams, 3 from Australia, playing two games and WINNING BOTH! 🏉💪🔥

And that’s not all… 🤯 they also achieved the HIGHEST POINTS EVER RECORDED! 🏆🔥 What an incredible achievement!

The hard work, determination, teamwork and brotherhood these boys showed were something special. You represented yourselves and the club with pride, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🙌
