Normality will never be the same again. How Will things look post the pandemic, greatly different than we are used to.
But even in uncertain times it is important to stay positive and keep moving your body.
You may not have the ability to do what you did before but there is so much more that you can do.

Morning all.
In these uncertain times I want to offer you all online training options to keep you fit and healthy as well as to maintain your sanity and mental health!
Stone Age Nation offers various training programs that can be done with a full gym setup or minimal equipment at an affordable price.
Online programming also includes ‘Zoom’ video linkups to provide demos and online coaching.
It is crucial that we keep our bodies moving and maintain our interaction with each other even if it is via technological means.

Enormous congrats to for winning the Masters HQ - IF3 World Masters World Championships in the Open 55-59 category.
Chez has been on the Stone Age Nation Programming for nearly four years and her dedication and effort is reflected in the results. So proud of your efforts and stoked on the outcome!!

Morning All,
Just a quick reminder re the different options with programming from us;
Option 1 - Tailored individualised program based solely on you
Option 2 - Group program with progressive strength, gymnastic and weightlifting training.
Option 3 - Strength biased program including compound movement / weightlifting bias
Option 4 - Skill biased program including gymnastic movement progression bias
Option 5 - Conditioning biased program hitting all energy systems!
Obviously individualised is top price wth the others less as they tailor for the general group.
Generally we utilise training cycles based on the CrossFit season, but this will vary dependant on what an athlete may be focusing on.
Due to the impending changes with the CrossFit season this will change but remember that if there is a particular event, whether CrossFit or anything else we work around you.
Lastly a program is only as good as the person designing it and the athlete following it. Followed rigidly, improving the way we move (technique, mechanics etc) as well as adequate recovery and self care will see the best results.
There is no quick fix with any training. Hard work, dedication and commitment will always achieve outcomes!

Stoked this year to be programming, organising and running this years Police and Emergency Service Games 2018 - CrossFit event.
Much planning and lead up has gone into the organisation of this event and it all starts with our awesome venue.
If you are current serving or ex-serving member sign up and prepare to have your fitness tested!!
