💜 Take a step forward if…

✨ You made mistakes and learnt from them.
✨ You tried something new and found your confidence.
✨ You made a difference to a younger dancer.

At our final DanceStep meeting for the year, we took some time to reflect on just how far we’ve come.

Because leadership is about learning, growing, stepping outside your comfort zone and making a positive difference in someone else’s life.

And sometimes, it’s not until you stop and reflect that you realise just how much you’ve grown.

We’re not just developing future dance teachers. We’re growing confident, kind and capable young leaders.

These amazing young leaders bring so much kindness, energy and heart to Dance Fusion. They’re not just part of our studio family, they help make it the special community it is!

And that’s something worth stepping forward for. 💜

Last night Dance Fusion was honored to attend City of Bayswater inaugural Business awards and we received the Excellence in health, wellbeing and beauty award (I’d say mainly for the health and wellbeing aspects 🤣).

We have proudly been a part of the City Of Bayswater for over two decades, impacting the lives of over 5000 students and their families, and last night was a true testament to the genuine connections we’ve had the privilege of making crossing paths with so many past and present families at the event.

We love what we do. We believe in our brand and our way of sharing dance with generations to come 💃

We love a throwback photo 💜💗💙

It’s hard to believe that 4 years ago we had just picked up the keys to our new studio. In just six short weeks, this empty warehouse was completely transformed into the beautiful, purpose-built Dance Fusion facility we now call home and share with over 300 students every week.

So much has happened inside these walls since then.

We are incredibly grateful to our amazing staff who have built, hustled, learned, adapted and grown alongside us, and to Top Shelf Carpentry Perth who brought our vision to life.

Most of all, we’re proud that we’ve never stopped looking for ways to make the experience better for the children and families who walk through our doors every
week. Year on year.

Four years later, we’re still making the most of every opportunity, always improving, always growing — and still incredibly grateful to call this place home. 💜💜💜

COSTUME SELECTIONS ARE OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY 🎭

Six of us. Six laptops. A LOT of coffee... and plenty of laughs.

Here’s the team hard at work choosing costumes for State of Mind 2026.

After hours of scrolling, debating, changing our minds and way too many “Wait... go back to that one!” the looks for this year’s show are officially locked in and we cannot wait for you to see them!

What an incredible few days at Bend the Air!

We are so proud of every one of our aerialists. Your hard work, courage and growth have been amazing to watch, but what made us proudest was the way you supported, encouraged and celebrated each other every step of the way. That is what our Dance Fusion family is all about.

A huge thank you to our wonderful teachers for their dedication, and to our amazing dance parents for all the time, support and love you give behind the scenes.

Finally, thank you to Bend The Air for creating such a fantastic opportunity for our students and for everything you do to support and grow the aerial arts community.

Congratulations, everyone—you did us so proud! 💜🩷🩵

We made it 🥳 Term 2… you were one for the books.

So many goals smashed. So many milestones reached. So many laughs, high-fives, happy tears and memories made along the way.

We’re so proud of the big impact we’ve already made in the first half of the year!

Now it’s time to enjoy a well-earned break, recharge, and then get ready…we have even bigger plans to get us to the end of the season….watch this space 💜💜💜

Watching old dance concerts together is so wholesome 💜💜💜

We’re so fortunate to have so many ‘lifers’ at our studio. Those who have been with us for 10+ years….watching them back then is so fun! Being part of their dance journey and seeing them grow from little people through to young adults (& parents) is such a privilege. Thank you for choosing us over and over again, and for being the best role models to to the next generation.
