If we are in a โ€˜do not laughโ€™ situationโ€ฆDO NOT LOOK OVER AT ME!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

What I love most about going to class each week is seeing each and everyone of my โ€˜friendsโ€™. I do not think of my classes as work nor do I think of you as my clients!!

Each week it feels like a social catch up with all of you! ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ I love the banter that goes on, the chats about whatโ€™s been happening since the last class & most of all I love the laughter!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

That is what brings me so much joy as an instructor is seeing you have fun!! The other thing I love is seeing someone who is new to class & knows nobody then over the next 1-2 classes all of a sudden there are these beautiful friendships that have formed! โœจ

I just want to say THANK YOU!! You all bring me so much happiness at each class & I love our catch ups even if I have to run class over a few minutes from all the chatter we have at the start!

WALL WORKOUT ๐Ÿ’ฅ
UPPER BODY STRENGTH | CORE | FUN

If you have a wall ๐Ÿ˜ & want to strengthen your upper body & core give these 4 exercises a go.

Make sure you warm up first & have plenty of room around you.

Aim for 45-60 seconds of each exercise rest & repeat 3 times.

Twisting exercises are one of the most effective ways to stretch, tone & detoxify your core as well as your joints, muscles & organs. ๐ŸŒช

Adding twisting exercises into your routine will help to target your upper body, lower body & core all at the same time! Helping to align the spine while toning your tummy & waist.

Dont forget it is what you do daily that shapes you.

4 Exercises to Engage your Pelvic Floor ๐Ÿ˜Š

Here are 4 fast & effective exercises to help not only engage but also strengthen your Pelvic Floor muscles.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

You can do these anywhere, no equipment required & can be added onto your current workout routine or used alone.

I would aim for 10-15 reps of each exercises doing 2-3 sets with a 30 sec break in between sets.

We just got back from a weekend away down south for hubbyโ€™s birthday & it was amazing!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Although the 3 1/2 hour drive home had me wanting to stretch and lengthen.

Does anyone else go stir crazy sitting in the car for long periods?

When I was in year 11, I commenced my teacher training & by the end of year 12 I was a fully qualified dance instructor & teaching full time. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

As well as teaching I was also performing professionally & even did a stint as a Brisbane Broncos Cheer leader for a few years.

I guess you could say my passion for teaching originated from a love of
movement and an understanding that it is such a key element in our physical, emotional & mental well-being.

I gave up dancing at the age of 24 & in 2007 my husband and I moved to Perth where I commenced my training in contemporary Pilates & teaching methodology. By the start of 2008 '๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—›๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜โ€™ was born! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

I am so grateful that I get to do what I love & share what I love with you all & to help you look & feel amazing inside & out. ๐Ÿ˜Š

โ™ก๏ธŽElevated cross cross x 4

Keeping the movement controlled I want you to repeat as many times as you can in 1 minute, rest & repeat 5 more times through. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Notes: Keep core engaged (go back 2 & 3 posts for my โ€˜how to engage your coreโ€™ post & โ€˜3 moves to deep core engagementโ€™), head and neck relaxed & torso still & stable.
