Rigz out is a personal training company providing a level of fitness to suit you Welcome to my page.. It is a passion of mine that I want to share with others.

My name is Jason Lavrick, I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 yrs now. A little bit about me, I enjoy playing guitar, travelling, dining out and being around family/friends. EXERCISE AND SPORTS SCIENCE AUSTRALIA (ESSA) is an organisation that distinguishes tertiary exercise and sport science practitioners. It not only establishes these individuals, it is committed to professionally representing and promoting them.

ESSA advances the health and well being of people as they play an integral part of a general practice setting. Some work as a part of a healthcare team, onsite at the practice, whilst others support the general practitioner and practice nurse. They provide local services for : Patients at high risk of developing or currently with chronic diseases. Patients at risk of developing or currently with an existing injury that require rehabilitation to improve physical function and finally for patients in need of a lifestyle change.

ESSA Benefits clients with existing injuries or diseases as it provides me guidelines of adequate care needed when training these people, in turn providing a safe and progressive environment. The organisation also creates a "barrier" to filter out unprofessional individuals that are not adequately trained and may not give correct information and advice.

SPORTS DIETITIANS AUSTRALIA (SDA)
Is a non profit organization specializing in the field of sports nutrition.It is made up of accredited Sports Dietitians.These individuals are aware of our bodies nutritional needs to maximise its physical/sports potential."What we eat and drink can mean all the difference".It enables people to also maximise energy levels,gives nutritional guidelines and schedules of what and when to eat and aids in maintaining appropriate body fat levels.
The info the SDA provides advances the health and wellbeing of people as it provides the latest info on sports nutrition and advice on a wide range of topics.Including athletic conditions,competition nutrition,supplements,body composition,it even gives info on the right foods for specific sports and children's nutritional guidelines for budding athletes.
The SDA benefits are numerous as nutrition goes hand in hand with maximizing ones sports performance.It is essential to be aware of the nutritional requirements needed to succeed in ones goals.It is not only a useful tool for those in the "fitness industry",it would also aid people and give them abilities to make "smarter" nutritional choices and therefore be healthier and more energized in everyday life.

My goal achieved.
13 October 2009
When faced with a bad time in my life, caused by drug use. Mental issues such as anxiety and depression started to occur, leaving me suicidal.
Through rehabilitaion I found fitness was the positive direction that I needed to follow.
Through this I set myself a goal to be on the front cover of Men's Health magazine Australia /New Zealand.It also featured over in spain. This I achieved.
It's never to late to become who you wanna be.

Boxing is a great way to tone up and get rid of those unwanted wobbly bits!
Try skipping through your favorite song then switch to hitting the bag.Do this for 30 mins,alternating exercises whilst listening to your favorite tunes.
This is a high intensity workout so remember to sip water throughout the session!

Fresh fruits and salads are always great to snack on during hot days like today here in Perth.These foods are light on the stomach when you dont feel like eating much!

Im a true believer in using your own body weight to gain strength especially if your just starting out.Here are some simple exercises using your own body weight.
Pushups,targeting your chest/arms.Chinups,targeting your back/arms and Sit-ups which hits the abdominal muscles.

Just completed "jacobs ladder".10 down/10 up!
I suggest if your going to attempt this for the first time.
Try walking it, 5 up/5 down and slowly build up to your goal!
