Town of Claremont is holding a Get into Health and Fitness event this Sunday 18 May at Lake Claremont, Stirling Rd. I am doing a Zumba demo with my Zumba instructor buddy Viviana at 10.20am. So if you're free, come along on Sunday morning. There will be activities for kids, yoga, hula hooping and lots more activities-all free!

I thought with Easter fast approaching and with it the season of excessive consumption of chocolate that maybe some extra Zumba over this period would be a good idea to burn off some of those extra calories!

On Tuesday night it was pretty hot and humid so we opened the doors. Along came some old guy who gave us dirty looks and proceeded to shut the doors! Obviously he thought the music was too loud and was not amused!

I took my first Zumba class today for Yr 10 girls at Warwick High school today. I had a great time but will definitely bring my own speakers next week. Well done girls for putting in a great effort for your first Zumba class!
And it was a dress rehearsal for my Claremont classes starting next Tuesday 18 Feb 6.30pm.
