“I started training under Chris about 6 years ago, and then again consistently for the past 9 months in an online format. As a young endurance athlete, I came to him with the goals of getting stronger and becoming a more well-rounded athlete.
Since working with Chris for the last 9 months, I’ve added 17.5kg to my squat, 10kg to my bench
and a massive 20kg to my deadlift. For the first time in my life I feel and look strong as opposed to skinny, something I never thought would be attainable for myself with my background.
Chris is a massive wealth of knowledge who can tailor to so many different types of people, applying his experience to help achieve goals and break limits. GDay guys, are you currently cert 3&4 qualified with 1 year of more of training experience in the fitness industry?
I have a job opportunity available for a passionate coach that wants to deliver a top tier strength training product and nutrition coaching service to our members at Fitness Renegades.
You will receive direct mentoring from me as well as weekly training and development sessions to further your own education and knowledge as a coach.
Criteria for the role
• A minimum of 1 year of Personal Training or Group Personal Training Experience
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• A proven history of providing exceptional client experiences
• You need to be a high performer and want to make a difference in peoples' lives (your own team and your members)
Key Responsibilities –
• Coach 15-20 sessions per week showing the high standards expected of the team – leads by example
• Attend weekly Professional Development Meetings at various Fitness Renegades clubs across Perth and contribute where needed.
• Maintain the facility and fitness equipment
• Make Fitness Renegades a FUN place for clients to spend time

THE END OF AN ERA
This photo was taken 16 years ago when I was 20 years old and started my first day of self employment, “knowing everything there was to know about life and fitness” 😆, today that chapter of my life has come to an end.
I’ve spent the last 16 years building relationships and a successful business that I’m extremely grateful for and proud of.
I’ve made friendships that I know will carry on long after the business side of things has ended.
There’s so much I could write about over the years but I don’t want to ramble on, I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone that has supported, helped and been part of this chapter of my life, thank you 🙏
This week I signed a contract with Fitness Renegades and have taken on the role of Regional Fitness Manager for West Aus, a role that I am extremely passionate about, developing their coaching staff through education, mentoring and overseeing the companies programming and everything fitness related.
This TeamCHPT page will remain somewhat active for existing online clients. Chrissoula will now seperate herself from the business and rebrand as her own entity.

Cardio!!!
How do you get yours?
- We like to include cardio finishers for our general fitness clients after their strength training.
(No boring running on the treadmill though.
😅😅)
- We use a variety of high intensity intervals on the assault bike / rower / ski erg and resistance based exercises- sled / ropes / balls or lifting weights but faster 😉
- Benefits of training with a trainer - we won’t let you skip your cardio
- Draw backs of training with a trainer - we won’t let you skip your cardio 😜

Meet Dan, before joining TeamCHPT Dan had no gains and therefore no friends, he struggled to find a reason to get out of bed in the mornings, his life was somewhat meaningless, fast forward a few years and Dan still has no gains, but now he has some friends and a reason to wake up everyday.
Be like Dan, join our team and make no gains but all the friends 👍
