If your name isn't on this month's list, don't be discouraged. Whether you made it in 30 times like Colin, or 2 times, every workout counts and every effort matters.
Progress isn't about being perfect; it's about continuing to show up when you can.

Itโs the start of a new week, and the beginning of a brand-new month. ๐
June is a fresh opportunity to show up for yourself and invest in your health, wellbeing, and future. No matter how May went, this month is a chance to reset, refocus, and keep moving forward.
You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to overhaul your entire routine overnight. Just start with one positive step - one workout, one healthy choice, one promise to yourself that you'll keep showing up.

We hope everyone has a lovely long weekend - perfect weather for a workout at the gym ๐
We will be staffed as usual tomorrow (0900-1230) and the 0815 HIIT Class will be on!
The gym will be unstaffed on Monday June 1st, for the WA Day Public Holiday, and the only class that will be running is Jo's 0915 Power Pump Class - hope to see you there! ๐ช
