14 days to go until my next retreat.

Leading up to retreat is always a process of tuning.

How can I be in service of this group and offer them the best possible experience?

Have you ever had that experience where you’re about to head on leave and so the volume of work to be done prior increases?

I find that doesn’t fly for me when I’m about to lead a retreat group.

I need to be full, nourished, open, energised vessel of love, fun and support ready to serve others.

I share this with you because I want you to know that whatever you’re expediting leading up to and arriving with on retreat, it is absolutely ok. We are here to support you 100% and make your retreat an easy, lovely and ultimately life enhancing experience.

I have two more rooms on this retreat coming up in two weeks. My best advice - tune in with yourself, pull back the curtain of excuses, and ask yourself are you meant to be with us?

Have a fab weekend everyone.

I’m super proud of my work. But the only way I can do it is because of the professional and values driven team of support around me. Shout out to for EVERYTHING they did last year. Thank you!!!! 🙏🏽 this is just a snippet of our Broome Retreat in September 2021. I’m so excited for what’s to come.

When was the last time you woke up feeling totally refreshed, energised and ready for the day ahead? ✨ something to ponder….

Too special not to share. Future goals. I also want to dance with Eddie at his 80th birthday party (I’ll be 105! 😂), be doing yoga and walking on the beach with my dog until the day I die. Who knows if it will happen but I’ll do everything I can to get there. This is why I take care of myself now. Curious, what do you want to be doing until the day you die? 💕✨
