I’m Sue and I’m a fully qualified Pilates Matwork and Reformer instructor having trained with the nationally recognised Pilates Fitness Institute in Myaree WA.

I discovered Pilates following an injury and was advised to use Pilates as part of my recovery, and was I instantly hooked!

Pilates is a passion for me that I love sharing and seeing client’s enthusiasm as they discover how good it makes them feel too.
