Now Supplements are a useful thing to use.
So supplements are used to help you in your daily life, there are different forms of supplements such as: (seen in the pic)

PRE WORKOUT: For me its important, as i train in the morning on a empty stomach, i like to have that extra bit of energy to help me smash out my workout.

BCAA's: (Branched Chain Amino Acids) A large proportion of our cells, muscles and tissue is made up of amino acids, meaning they carry out many important bodily functions, such as giving cells their structure. They also play a key role in the transport and the storage of nutrients. Amino acids have an influence on the function of organs, glands, tendons and arteries. They are furthermore essential for healing wounds and repairing tissue, especially in the muscles, bones, skin and hair as well as for the removal of all kinds of waste deposits produced in connection with the metabolism. They are one of the most IMPORTANT supplements to drink during your workout. They are also very replenishing if you drink during the day as it keeps you full of energy to get your day going.

POST WORKOUT: Post workout supplements are also very important as when you are in the gym and SMASHING the weights, you are fatiguing your muscles and tearing the tiny muscle fibers that are in your body for the amount of time you are in the gym. Once you have finished the gym your muscles are like sponges so they are going to absorb everything, with your post workout drink you should have your protein and carbohydrates and all of the nessesery things in it that your body needs, Straight after the gym you should consume that drink to have best nutrient benefits and a better recovery time 😎
