WA, GET READY. BIG CHANGES ARE COMING IN 2027.
I’ve been listening to feedback from coaches across WA—and we’re turning your ideas into action.
We’re preparing major changes, exciting new features and a better experience for everyone at the 2027 WA State Championship. From athletes stepping onto the mats to coaches and families supporting them, we want every part of this event to deliver.
As an AFBJJ and IBJJF championship, we carry the prestige of the most recognised names in world jiu-jitsu. We’re raising the standard to deliver an event worthy of that prestige.
Our goal is clear: make 2027 the greatest WA State Championship we’ve ever held.
To every coach who has shared feedback: thank you. You’re helping shape what comes next.
Athletes, coaches, academies and supporters—get ready for something special.
BIG CHANGES. NEW EXPERIENCES. ONE UNFORGETTABLE CHAMPIONSHIP.
Stay tuned. 2027 is going to be HUGE.
