TWO GREAT TEAMS. ONE UNFORGETTABLE CORPORATE SAILING EXPERIENCE.

Swan River Sailing and Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club (RFBYC) have joined forces to bring you two special packages combining sailing, corporate hospitality and the stunning surroundings of Freshwater Bay.

And this year, the collaboration comes with an extra reason to celebrate: RFBYC is marking its 130th anniversary in 2026! 🎉

Whether you're looking to inspire fresh ideas or reward your team, there's a package to suit your next corporate event. These are the two packages:

⚓ 1. SAILS & STRATEGIES

Trade the boardroom for a room with a view! Enjoy a full day of meetings at RFBYC, complete with catering, followed by an exciting team-building regatta aboard our AMSA-certified Foundation 36 yachts on the Swan River.

>> Full-day corporate meeting at RFBYC, with catering and meeting facilities
>> Team-building regatta aboard AMSA-certified Foundation 36 yachts, with experienced instructors (regatta packages and prizes for groups booking two or more yachts)
>> Antipasto platters, water and soft drinks (optional craft b**r and premium WA w**e)

🌅 2. SAVOUR THE SUNSET

Leave the office behind and set sail on a two-hour twilight adventure. Take in the beautiful views of Freshwater Bay before enjoying cocktails and delicious canapés at the yacht club. The perfect way to unwind and reconnect with your team.

>> Two-hour twilight sailing experience aboard AMSA-certified Foundation 36 yachts, with experienced instructors and safety boat support
>> Waterfront function space at RFBYC, with balcony views
>> Welcome drink and eight canapés per person, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Optional craft b**r, premium WA w**e and a three-hour beverage package upgrade.

From strategic planning days to sunset celebrations, these packages bring together the best of both worlds: exceptional waterfront hospitality and unforgettable experiences under sail.
