This is the perfect introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and a stepping stone into the group classes.
Over the course of 5 weeks you will learn:

🥋 Comprehensive mat rules/etiquette.
🥋 Pre/Post preparation for your classes.

I’ve been travelling and coaching for close to 40 years, and every trip is different from the last.
There’s always blood, sweat and tears. There’s disappointment, achievements, plenty of ups and downs — but most of all, there’s laughter, good times and memories you carry with you.
This Queensland trip was definitely one of my favourites. A full week away with Jude Grant Lach Swann Taj Carlos Heske Katia Grossetti Josh José Heske, doing what we love and enjoying every bit of the journey along the way.
We came home with some great results, but even better memories.
Got some pretty sweet ones from this trip. ❤️🥊

What an awesome weekend at the AFBJJ in Melbourne. We brought a small team over Rinaldo De Paolis Melissa Duncan and CJ Heske this time but still had great results ending with 3x Golds, 4x Silvers and 5x Bronze medals, heaps to work on. IBJJF Pan Pacs October… Let’s ago!!!
