Our signature range of SWEAT sessions are a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning.
These sessions will leave your legs a little jelly, lungs a little heavy and the smile a little brighter as you get through each individual or team challenge with a supportive crew around you!
With six options per week, the sessions are always different, always challenging and will improve your athletic ability through high energy, low impact movements.
