Wanneroo Skate Park

Wanneroo skatepark should be open to the general public late this afternoon so it's all systems go for the weekend ahead 🔥🔥🔥.
Skateboarding WA is proud to have been involved with this project from the start. It's great to see it come to life. We originally liaised with & skatepark design company through the concept design process then liaised again with skatepark construction company Carving Concrete & City of Wanneroo on a few more design tweaks during final plan & construction faze. Functionality was a priority!
It has a 7-10 feet deep BOWL with plenty of lines and a STREET section that has a ledge manual pad combo Centre piece, flat rail, bank with a really good curb on it (not pictured), quarter pipe, a bowled corner quarter pipe and as important as the obstacles themselves plenty of open flat concrete space! 🔥🙌🏻🔥🙌🏻🔥
Great work by City of Wanneroo & everyone involved for creating an amazing skatepark! The skatepark design is going to encourage and allow long term progression. This design is also suitable for all type of Skateboarding WA events - learn to skateboard clinics , small comps, large comps , games of skate.. Now it's time to - LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!
